When my friend Tricia Lawrence who used to manage the Adobe Community leaders asked if I could help her daughter, Jo, with some animation for the Easterseals Disability Film Challenge, I knew this project was going to be special. Jo was looking for some Lizzy Maguire-style animations of her and her friend Natalie as interstitials in her short film.
Because production of the film took place in a 5-day window and because there were several animations to make, I recommended using illustrations that I could create of them and then apply line boil to them.

After making the animations, I made the opening sequence and the poster based on both with a photo of the apartment for the background.
