This image is not a photograph.
It's a vector drawing for the hair and body shapes with 3 vector art brush strokes that have been masked and blurred.
The image to the left is not a photograph, although it does resemble my hair from the back. I created the image in Animate entirely with vectors. Using vector art brushes, careful gradient selection, and a little blur, the image can look very realistic. The image on the right shows the outlines of the vectors. I used the image in an interlude for How to Cheat in Adobe Animate CC.
